You leave the vehicle in one of our branches, i.e. at one of our two locations in Sarajevo (at the headquarters or the airport) and in Tuzla at the airport. The location of the vehicle return is agreed upon at the time of vehicle pickup and is stated in the rental agreement. If you want to change the location of the vehicle return during the rental, you are obliged to contact us to that effect at least 24 hours before the expiration of the rental agreement.
You pick up the vehicle in one of our branches of your choice, during and outside working hours. We also offer delivery of vehicles to the address of your choice in Sarajevo, as well as within the borders of RBiH, but for a fee.
In case of a traffic accident or any new damage to the vehicle, you are obliged to contact us and call the police. If the vehicle is not in running order, you will receive a replacement vehicle until the expiration of the rental agreement.
Participation in the damage is the maximum amount charged in case of new damage to the vehicle, and the deposit is the amount that covers such participation in the damage, as well as other costs agreed upon at the time of vehicle pickup (car rental, accessories, potential lack of fuel when returning the vehicle, etc.).
